24 HOUR CLOCK
Military Time, European Time, I use mine for Greenwich Mean Time. I can glance at it and tell that the weather map is 45 minutes old without having to calculate the time difference and factor in Daylight Savings Time.
Made on the Potter's Wheel
We make the frame for the clock on the potter's wheel, It is the same form as a plate except that we cut the bottom out for the clock. The clock at the left is made with white clay which has brown clay swirled into it on the potters wheel and the piece is left unglazed. This makes it look like sandstone. The clock below is made with blue clay swirled into it and is also unglazed.
Other Colors
If you select OTHER COLORS you will be linked to a page which will show the other colors we work with. Glazed clocks have a darker color and are have a glass like surface.
The Clock
The clock is a high quality Quartz Movement Clock with
a six and one half inch face. It runs on one "AA" battery.
